Ingredients | Scottish Fruit Dumpling2 cups all-purpose flour2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon salt⅓ cup shortening½ cup milk2 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken brothDirectionsCombine flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening and add milk to make a stiff dough.Roll out to about 1/8 inch thickness and cut into 1 inch squares, 1 to 1 1/2 inch strips or diamonds.
