I got this from a friend back when I was a freegan. I still sometimes make it, and it's always a big hit with everyone. You can use it to make vegan nachos or top pasta.
Ingredients | Gnocchi Sauce Recipes Cheese¼ cup nutritional yeast¼ cup all-purpose flour1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon salt1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste1 pinch ground cumin, or to taste1 cup water, or more as needed2 tablespoons margarine1 ½ cups salsaDirectionsCombine nutritional yeast, flour, paprika, salt, garlic powder, and cumin in a saucepan; add water. Whisk constantly over medium heat until thick and bubbly, about 5 minutes; remove from heat.Stir margarine into the yeast mixture until melted.
